Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, goal-oriented, and experienced Business Development Specialist to support our company’s growth through market research, client acquisition, and participation in both public and private tenders. This role is particularly suitable for candidates with experience in transportation, logistics, or workforce mobility services.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales and/or tender management (preferably in transport or
logistics)
Familiarity with Azerbaijan’s corporate market and tender procedures
- Hands-on experience with e-procurement portals (e.g., etender.gov.az)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian or English is a plus
- Ability to work independently and with a results-driven approach

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities
- Establish and maintain contact with potential B2B clients
- Actively participate in tender preparation and submission processes
- Identify companies with staff transportation needs
- Build strong relationships with HR, procurement, and administrative teams of target organizations
- Monitor government and private tenders, and prepare related documentation
- Contribute to the preparation of pricing strategies and technical proposals
