Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Heating Systems Specialist to oversee the operation, supply management, and network performance of centralized heating systems. This role requires strong expertise in thermal energy systems and infrastructure, with a focus on ensuring reliable, efficient, and safe delivery of heating services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related
field.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, with working knowledge of English or Russian preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heating systems operation or utility infrastructure
- Practical knowledge of district heating, boiler operations, and thermal distribution networks
- Strong understanding of system hydraulics, thermal efficiency, and preventive maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Office, SCADA systems, and technical monitoring tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of district heating systems and related infrastructure
- Monitor and optimize the performance of heating networks, including boilers, pipelines, and substations
- Manage supply planning and ensure consistent availability of thermal energy resources
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for spare parts and material needs
- Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions to avoid service disruptions
- Prepare technical reports, system performance evaluations, and operational documentation
- Support the development of maintenance schedules and improvement plans Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and energy efficiency standards
- Liaise with engineering, project, and dispatch teams for coordinated network operation
