Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Procurement Specialist to ensure the timely and high-quality procurement of electrical equipment and related materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical or economic field (Electrical Engineering preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sales of electrical equipment.
Practical knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations
- Ability to work with technical catalogues and product specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with 1C, SAP, or other ERP systems
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; English is required, Russian is a plus

- Conduct market research for suppliers of electrical equipment and materials
- Negotiate terms and conditions, finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Collect and analyze price quotations to identify the best offers
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and monitor execution
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, project teams, and other departments
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting
