We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business development in the Azerbaijani market and lead future expansion into Uzbekistan and Georgia. This role uniquely blends engineering expertise with commercial acumen, supporting the promotion and scaling of the company's cutting-edge energy and e-mobility technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Energy, or Power Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience in technical sales or project engineering within the energy, renewable energy, or e-mobility sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian (Azerbaijani as a native language).
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across all solution areas of the company.
- Provide technical consultancy, solution design, and post-sales support to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with utilities, developers, industrial clients, and municipalities.
- Deliver impactful presentations, live product demos, and client training sessions.
- Oversee full-cycle project execution — from sales agreement to commissioning.
- Coordinate technical and commercial matters with international partners. Lead and support regional business development in Uzbekistan and Georgia.
